While at Arrow Records, his direct signing’s included Stellar and Grammy Award winners Kim Burrell and Ann Nesby. He is also credited with the creation of a new music art form called S.E.R.M.O.N.S. (Spiritually Empowering Recorded Music Over Niche Sermons), taking the sermons of world renowned spiritual leader Dr. Creflo Dollar and putting them to music. S.E.R.M.O.N.S. Vol 1 reached #16 on the Billboard Gospel Albums Chart.
Prior to SESAC, he served as Director of Operations for PM Music Group where he represented songwriters whose credits included Michael Jackson, Charlie Wilson and Beyonce.
During his tenure at SESAC, he signed 2010-2014 SESAC Songwriter of the Year Rico Love, Day 26, RichGirl, Bone Crusher, Jacob Latimore, Q Parker of 112, Nikeshia Briscoe, Jay Fenix, BXC, Atozzio Towns, Eric Sire, Miykal Snoody, Nas Star, Travis Greene, Jamie Grace, Platinum Brothers and London.
Further, he also spent time as Director of National Radio Promotions for Ruffhouse/Columbia Records and has been responsible for promoting the careers of artists such as: Fugees, Cypress Hill, Bone Thugs and Harmony, Alicia Keys and Boyz II Men.
